9. Cancellations, Refunds, and Rescheduling

9.1 Refunds

All appointment sessions conducted via Zoom must be paid in full at the time of booking. Payment can be facilitated via bank transfer or through the website. For our Free Consultation, payment must be made within 48 hours of receiving an appointment confirmation email to secure the session.

• Single Session: Clients who wish to cancel a single session may receive a refund equivalent to the cost of that session, minus a £25 administration fee, provided that a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the right to receive any refund.
• Rescheduling: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide such notice may result in the forfeiture of both the refund and rescheduling options. Each request for rescheduling or cancellation may be reviewed on an individual basis, considering unique circumstances.
• Session Packages: Clients booking therapy session packages should be aware that sessions already conducted will be charged at the full rate. A refund for any unused sessions will be issued, minus a £25 administration fee, only if notice of cancellation is provided a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled session. All session packages are valid for a maximum of 12 weeks from the date of payment.
• Missed Appointments: In instances where a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing a minimum of 48 hours’ notice, the full amount for that session will be charged.
• Early Arrival: Clients are advised to be mindful of their appointment time and are requested to wait for their designated appointment if they arrive early. Early arrivals may disrupt the preceding client’s therapy session or hinder the therapist's preparation.
• Late Arrival: Should a client arrive late for their appointment, the therapist will extend the best possible service within the remaining time; however, the session will conclude at the originally scheduled time with no adjustment to the fees incurred.
• Cancellation by Therapist: Laura Nettleford reserves the right to cancel or postpone appointments due to circumstances beyond her control. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if therapy cannot proceed.

9.2 Non-arrival

For missed appointments, clients will be charged the full session fee if a cancellation notice of at least 48 hours is not provided. Refunds for such missed sessions will only be processed if appropriate notice is given, again minus a £25 administration fee.

9.3 Late or Early Arrival

Clients are encouraged to respect the scheduled time for their appointments. Those arriving early should refrain from entering the meeting until their appointed time. It is vital for maintaining the integrity and flow of services. Late arrivals will be accommodated as best as possible within the time remaining, but the session will wrap up at the scheduled endpoint without any fee adjustments.

9.4 Cancellation Rights

Renew Your Alignment retains the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if unforeseen circumstances arise. In the event that the therapist is unable to continue treatment, clients will receive a full refund.
